I'm travelling alone. Is the service worth it?

Most solo travellers use us for two reasons: peace of mind that the form is checked before submission, and the convenience of not navigating ICA's portal under time pressure. If you're confident with government forms and have time to file directly, ICA's portal is free. If you'd rather pay USD 30 to have someone handle it, we're built for that.

How does the group discount work?

Filing for 2 to 5 travellers in one submission gets you 15% off per traveller. 6 to 10 travellers gets 20% off per traveller. The discount applies automatically at checkout. The primary contact handles the form on behalf of the whole group; each traveller still gets their own SGAC since ICA issues them per person.

I'm a business traveller and I might miss the 72 hour window. What can you do?

Submit your details to us anytime, even weeks ahead. We'll hold the application and file it inside the 72 hour window automatically once your arrival date is within range. If your trip is already inside the window when you book, we file immediately and most approvals come back within hours.

I'm a returning Singapore citizen. Why do I need an SGAC?

ICA requires the SGAC for every traveller arriving in Singapore, including citizens and PRs. There's no exemption for nationality. The free version is on ICA's portal; we're a paid service if you'd rather not file each time you cross the border. The fee is per filing, USD 30, same whether you're a citizen or a foreign tourist.

I cross the Causeway every weekend to visit family in Malaysia. Do I file the SGAC each time?

Can I file for my elderly parents who don't have email?

Yes. The primary contact's email is what we send the approval to. List yourself as the primary contact and add your parents as travellers in the same application. They'll be on the approval email even though they don't manage email themselves.

I'm filing for a tour group of 30 people. Can SGAC Online handle that?

Our consumer flow caps at 10 travellers per application. For tour operators handling larger groups regularly, contact us through the contact page about a B2B arrangement, we can discuss bulk filing terms and integrations.

What if I'm filing for someone who doesn't speak English well?

The form is in English, but you (the primary contact) can fill it on behalf of any traveller. As long as you have their passport details and trip information, language is not a barrier for the traveller themselves. Singapore immigration officers at Changi do speak English and translation services are available at the border if needed.
