What if I apply too early?

No problem. We hold your application and file it the moment ICA opens your window. You don't need to do anything.

What if my plans change?

Email us at inq@sgaconline.com before we file. We can update your application or refund you if we haven't submitted yet.

Will I get a confirmation right away?

Yes. As soon as you pay, you'll get an email with your reference number. The actual SGAC approval comes when ICA processes it.

Tell us about your trip
You fill in a short form. Passport details, arrival and departure dates, where you're staying, how you're getting in (air, land, or sea). Travelling as a group? Add up to 10 travellers in one go.
Most people finish in about five minutes. Need to step away? Your progress saves automatically, so you can come back later.
Pay securely
USD 30 per traveller. Pay with any major card through Stripe. Group discounts apply automatically: 15% off for 2 to 5 travellers, 20% off for 6 to 10. We never see your card details. Stripe handles the payment end to end.
We submit, you wait for the ping
This is the part most people get wrong on their own. ICA only accepts SGAC submissions inside a 72 hour window before your arrival. Submit too early, ICA rejects it. Forget about it and arrive without one, immigration delays you.
We hold your application until your window opens, file it the moment it does, and email you the approval as soon as ICA confirms. You don't have to track dates or check anything. Just watch your inbox.
