SGAC Online is an independent commercial service. We are not part of the Singapore government, the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), or any other official body. We have no affiliation with the Singapore Tourism Board or any government agency.

We provide a paid service that files Singapore Arrival Cards (SGAC) with ICA on behalf of travellers, for a service fee of USD 30 per traveller. You can also apply directly with ICA for free at https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard.

People choose us for the time saved, the group handling, the expert review, and the safety net of someone watching the 72 hour pre-arrival window for them. The choice is yours.

We file your application accurately and on time. ICA decides whether to approve it. We don't control or influence those decisions. If ICA rejects your SGAC, we'll let you know and explain the reason if available, but we can't reverse the decision.

The terms "Singapore Arrival Card" and "SGAC" are descriptive of the official document issued by ICA. We use them to describe the service we provide. The Singapore government's logos, official emblems, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners and are not used by us.
