When you can get a refund
You're eligible for a full refund if:
- Your submission status is still PAID or PROCESSING, and
- You contact us before we send your SGAC approval to your email
You're also eligible for a full refund regardless of status if:
- We failed to deliver your SGAC for any operational reason on our side
- We charged you twice for the same application (rare, but if our payment system slips through Stripe's idempotency check, we make it right)
When you cannot get a refund
We can't refund once:
- Your submission has reached COMPLETED status, meaning we've delivered your SGAC approval to the email you provided
- You changed your mind after delivery (the service has been performed)
- ICA rejected your card after we delivered it (we filed your application; ICA's decision is theirs to make)
How to request a refund
Email inq@sgaconline.com with:
- Your reference code (it starts with
SGAC) - The reason for the refund
We respond within one business day. If your refund is approved, we process it through Stripe within 24 hours. The amount lands back in your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
What's not refundable
Stripe's payment processing fees (typically 2.9% plus USD 0.30 per transaction) aren't returned to us when we issue a refund, so they aren't included in your refund amount. For a USD 30 single application, that means about USD 1.17 stays with Stripe. For larger group applications, the proportional fee is similar.
What we sell
For context: we charge USD 30 per traveller to file your Singapore Arrival Card with ICA inside the 72 hour pre-arrival window. Group discounts of 15% (2 to 5 travellers) and 20% (6 to 10) apply automatically. See pricing for the full breakdown.
