Terms of service

The agreement between you and SGAC Online when you use our service to file a Singapore Arrival Card.

Last updated: 2026-04-26

These terms apply when you use SGAC Online ("we", "our", "us") to file your Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) with Singapore's ICA. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

SGAC Online is a paid service that submits your SGAC application to Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) on your behalf. The service includes:

  • Filing your SGAC inside ICA's 72 hour pre-arrival window
  • Holding your application if you submit too early, then filing the moment your window opens
  • Reviewing your application before submission for obvious errors
  • Group submissions of up to 10 travellers in one transaction
  • Email notification when ICA approves your application
  • Email-based customer support

We charge USD 30 per traveller, with group discounts of 15% for 2 to 5 travellers and 20% for 6 to 10. See pricing for the full breakdown.

What we don't promise

We file your SGAC with ICA. ICA decides whether to approve it. We don't control ICA's decisions.

If ICA rejects your application for reasons related to the data you provided (incorrect passport details, mismatched name, ineligibility, etc.), we don't refund the service fee. We did the work; ICA made the call.

If ICA's system is down, slow, or experiences an outage, we'll wait and retry on your behalf. We can't compensate for delays caused by ICA.

We're not responsible for:

  • Travel disruption caused by SGAC issues at the border (your immigration status is between you and ICA)
  • ICA policy changes that take effect between your booking and arrival
  • Errors in the data you provided to us

What you agree to

When you use our service:

  • The information you submit is accurate and matches your travel documents
  • You authorise us to submit the SGAC on your behalf to Singapore ICA
  • You have a legitimate intention to travel to Singapore on the dates you specify
  • You're using a payment method you're authorised to use
  • You're not using the service for any fraudulent purpose, including creating SGACs for travellers who don't intend to travel

We reserve the right to refuse service or refund and cancel an order if we have a reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse.

Payment terms

  • All prices are in USD
  • Payment is taken at the time of submission via Stripe
  • We don't store your card details
  • Stripe's terms apply to the payment transaction itself
  • Group discounts apply automatically based on the number of travellers in your application

For our refund policy, see refunds.

Intellectual property

The SGAC Online website, branding, and content are our property or used under license. Don't copy, scrape, or republish our content without permission.

The data you provide remains yours. By submitting it to us, you grant us a limited license to use that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected application
  • We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, missed flights, accommodation costs, or business interruption
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't be limited under Singapore law

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the site offline for maintenance, security updates, or in response to incidents. Maintenance is announced via the site itself when possible.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We can refuse service or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service fraudulently.

If we terminate your access while an application is in progress, we'll either complete it or refund you per the refund policy, at our discretion based on the circumstances.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any dispute will be resolved first by good-faith email discussion, then by binding arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers and via a notice on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
