Do I really need an SGAC?
Yes. Every traveller entering Singapore needs one, including citizens, permanent residents, transit passengers, and visa-exempt visitors. There are very few exceptions.
Can I apply for free directly with ICA?
Yes, you can. ICA's online form is free. You're paying us for speed, group handling, expert review, and the peace of mind that someone else is watching the 72 hour window for you.
When will I get my approval?
Once your application is inside the 72 hour window, ICA usually approves within hours. We email you the moment your approval comes through.
