Why didn't I receive my approval email?

Check spam or junk first, automated emails are sometimes filtered. Add noreply@sgaconline.com to your contacts to avoid that next time. If still nothing, use this page to resend it. The resend always goes to the same email you used when applying.

Can I send the approval to a different email?

Accepted Answer

No. For security, the approval is always sent to the email on file. If your real email has changed since you applied, contact us and we'll verify your identity and forward the approval manually.

Question 3

How long does the resend take?

Usually a few minutes. The email is queued immediately. If 30 minutes have passed and nothing has arrived, check spam, then contact us.

Question 4

What if my SGAC isn't approved yet?

If your application is still in progress, we can't send you an approval because there isn't one yet. You'll see a status message instead. Use the Track application page to see where things stand.

Question 5

I have a group application, will the resend include everyone?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but only the currently-approved travellers. If 3 of 5 are approved and 2 are still pending, the resend includes those 3 SGACs in one email. You can resend later when the other 2 come through.

Question 6

How many times can I resend?

Accepted Answer

Up to 3 resends per application per hour. This protects against accidental floods and helps us keep email delivery rates high. If you genuinely need more, reply to one of the resends and we'll handle it manually.
